America's prosperity has been in decline for decades. But there are five key steps that we can take to restore it.

1. Reduce government spending

Government spending has been growing faster than the economy for decades. This has led to a massive increase in the national debt, which now stands at over $23 trillion. To restore prosperity, we need to reduce government spending and bring the national debt under control.

There are many ways to reduce government spending. We can cut wasteful spending, reduce the size of the government, and reform entitlement programs. We can also raise taxes, but we should do so in a way that does not harm the economy.

2. Increase economic freedom

Economic freedom is the ability of individuals to make their own economic decisions. It includes the freedom to start a business, invest, and trade. When economic freedom is high, it leads to economic growth.

There are many ways to increase economic freedom. We can reduce regulations, lower taxes, and promote free trade. We can also protect property rights and ensure that the rule of law is upheld.

3. Promote free trade

Free trade is the exchange of goods and services between countries without government interference. It leads to lower prices, more choice, and economic growth.

There are many benefits to free trade. It helps to create jobs, lowers prices, and increases economic growth. It also helps to promote peace and cooperation between countries.

4. Invest in education

Education is the foundation of a prosperous society. It gives people the skills they need to succeed in the workforce and it helps to create a more informed citizenry.

There are many ways to invest in education. We can increase funding for public schools, provide tax breaks for college tuition, and promote vocational training.

5. Strengthen the family

The family is the basic unit of society. It is where children learn values and develop the skills they need to succeed in life.

There are many ways to strengthen the family. We can promote marriage, provide tax breaks for families, and support organizations that help families.

These are just five keys to restoring America's prosperity. By implementing these policies, we can create a more prosperous future for ourselves and our children.
