Kantian Ethics

Kantian ethics is a deontological theory, which means that it emphasizes duty and obligation over consequences. Kant believed that moral actions are those that are performed out of respect for the moral law, regardless of their consequences. Finally, the categorical imperative can be used to develop ethical policies and procedures. For example, a company could develop a policy that states that all employees must act in accordance with the categorical imperative. This policy would help to ensure that the company's business practices are ethical and responsible.
